+ The Art Action Union is a not-for-profit collective that is dedicated to providing activist artists with a place to express and promote the messages they convey. It incorporates a free space gallery with promotional potential.
+ The group's goal is to co-ordinate online with the purpose of collectively stimulating awareness about important issues in community.+ No corporate advertising is displayed except those sites that we utilise for the purposes of promoting and running the group. Promotion of artists and causes is essential and sponsorship is welcome from corporate, government or other organisational entities.
+ Each member is completely independent of the organisation and artists retain all rights to their work, refer to the terms and conditions of membership.

Action Artists in Residence are a collective of Activist Artists who are dedicated to the continuation, development, growth and improvement of the Art Action Union as a force for positive social change. If you would like to be an Art Action Union official artist in residence, you will be the first to be called on for special projects that fit your situation and your beliefs.
